Ownership and License: You own all icons you create using our Service. By using Imagcon, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and use your generated icons for the following purposes only:

• Marketing and promotional materials (e.g., showcasing examples on our website)
• Platform improvement and quality assurance
• Public galleries or featured icon showcases (if you choose to make icons public)
• Social media posts demonstrating our service

We will never: Sell your icons to third parties, claim ownership of your creations, or use your icons in ways unrelated to operating and promoting Imagcon. If your icons appear elsewhere without your permission, it did not come from us.

Training: We do not use your images to train AI models or share them with third parties for model training purposes.
