By accessing and using Imagcon ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.
Imagcon provides AI-powered tools for generating, editing, and preparing Progressive Web App (PWA) icons. The Service includes:
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
You agree not to use the Service to:
You own all icons and images you generate using our AI-powered Service, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This means you can:
By creating icons using our Service, you grant Imagcon a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your generated icons solely for the following purposes:
This license does not transfer ownership and does not permit us to sell your icons to third parties or use them for purposes unrelated to operating and promoting Imagcon.
The Imagcon platform, including our website, software, AI models, branding, and documentation, is owned by Imagcon and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer our platform.
AI-generated images may occasionally produce unexpected or inaccurate results. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all generated content before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of AI-generated images for any particular purpose.
Imagcon offers optional pay-per-call HTTP endpoints that accept USDC payments via the x402 protocol on Base mainnet. These payments are final — see our Refund Policy for details.
On your first successful x402 payment, Imagcon may create a temporary wallet profile and issue a one-time API key in response headers. Each later successful payment refreshes the temporary profile for another 60 days and repeats the activation link, but does not repeat the API key. If you stop paying and do not activate, the profile and API key expire and access is revoked automatically.
To keep your profile permanently, you must explicitly activate it at /routes/x402/profile/activate with your wallet address, profile token, name, confirmation that you accept these Terms, and a wallet signature over the required five-minute activation message. Activation binds your wallet to the name and optional company details you provide. If you lost the original API key, you may request a one-time key rotation during signed activation.
You may decline profile creation on an x402 request or use the signed profile-decline endpoint to revoke your wallet API keys and delete the profile and its saved wallet data. Imagcon retains transaction and payment records where required for settlement, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal compliance.
You are responsible for securing your profile token and API key. Do not share them in chat logs or public repositories. Imagcon is not liable for unauthorized use if you expose these credentials.
If you purchase paid features or services:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason. You may terminate your account at any time through the account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IMAGCON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
